Asphalt Plant Equipment Operator & Maintenance
RC Pavers LLC / Ron Christiansen Trucking Inc. has an opening for full time Asphalt Plant Equipment Operator & Maintenance. We are an asphalt paving and trucking company located in Weston, WI.
Asphalt Equipment Operator and Maintenance responsibilities include:

Asssit Asphalt Plant Operator with maintenance and operation of asphalt plant

Load material feeding bins with front end loader while mixing asphalt
-
Maintain equipment at the asphalt plant site
-
Assist in rock crushing operations when not mixing asphalt
-
Maintaining clean work environment
-
Operation of front end loader, skid steer
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs
-
Ability to work outdoors
-
Ability to identify hazards
Qualifications for Asphalt Worker
-
Must have some mechanical repair knowledge
-
Prior knowledge of asphalt plant or crushing operations a plus

Safety minded!
-
Flexibility of daily tasks and jobs
-
Prefer candidates with at least 1 year experience, but will train those willing to learn
-
Be able to follow directions and have the ability to work alone and as part of a team
-
Ability to keep time and material records
-
Class A CDL desired but not required.
